A team of sparkies sharing one standard
Coastal Spark started in 2023 when Lochlan Owen decided to put his name on the work. After a decade in the trade, he’d seen enough rushed jobs and rough finishes to know there was a gap for someone who treated every fit-off like it was going in their own house.
We’re based in Nowra and work right across the Shoalhaven, from new builds and renovations through to one-off lighting jobs and commercial fitouts. Whether it’s a switchboard upgrade, a feature pendant in a kitchen, or a full data and comms run for a business, the standard’s the same.
Locky still runs every job personally. That’s not changing.

Here’s what to expect when you book a job with us. No surprises, no chasing for paperwork after the fact.
1 • Call
We pick up.
You’ll talk to a human, usually Lochlan. After hours, send a text and we’ll get back to you.
2 • Quote
In writing.
Site visit if needed, then a written quote. If we can scope it on the phone, we will.
3 • Book
Confirmed.
We confirm the job and let you know when we’re on the way.
4 • Job complete
Tested, certified.
Compliance cert emailed before we leave. Photos of switchboard, panel layouts, anything you need for insurance or strata.
